As it happened, her uncle was Rain's commanding officer at the Supplement where Rain was enlisted last month.
After hearing so much about celebrities having no idea what they're doing, her uncle thought bad habits should be corrected in the very beginning.

We have examined the dates of the events (the event could be a stop of a tour?) and their distance from the base in Seoul. We found 19 occasions in which case were reasonable to allow that the soldiers sleep in the settlement of the event.

In an interview on Channel A TV on 01/06/2013, Mr. In Gyun Shin, the representative of the Independent Network of National Defense gave a detailed picture about Rain's military vacations and furloughs.
