A World Music Awards a közösségi felületein közzétette Rain díjazásának hírét. A Facebookon írt bejegyzésük hosszabban ismertette Jackie Chan és Rain díjait:

成龍 Jackie Chan Wins China Lifetime Achievement Award!
Jackie won the "China Music Lifetime Achievement Award" and the "Best Film Song" Award at the 19th China Music Awards. The awards ceremony was held at The Venetian hotel in Macau for the fourth triumphant year!
More than 40 celebrities were in attendance, including Korean superstar Rain who won the Award for "Asian Most Influential Korean Artist" at '19th China Music Awards'top Japanese boy group w-inds; Taiwan superstar Jay Chou and super band Sodagreen. Some of the high-profile stars included Jacky Chan, Wang Feng, Karen Mok, Zhou Bi Chang, Alex To, Ella Chen, MoMo Wu and Della.
A total of 45 awards were presented at the star-studded ceremony, including Most Popular Male Singer (HK & Taiwan), Most Popular Female Singer (HK & Taiwan), Asian Most Popular Japanese Group, Asian Most Popular Korean Artist, Most Popular Male Singer (Mainland China), Most Popular Female Singer (Mainland China), Best Cross Time Composing Singer and Asian Most Popular Versatile Chinese Artist among others.
China Music Awards was founded in 1994 and has since gathered the best and brightest from the music industry in host cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Hong Kong, Macao and Taipei. More than 100 members of the press from mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao were present at the integrated resort to cover this major event.
The event was broadcast live on Star TV, Channel V and Star International, and was streamed online by Sina, Tencent, Sohu, NetEase, Youku, Tudou, Letv, FengXing, PPS and iQIYI so that fans across the globe were able to tune in and enjoy an evening that was chock-full of big-name superstars.
Since 2012, The Venetian Macao has co-organized the China Music Awards with Star Group Ltd. China. This latest sponsorship once again put Macao in the international spotlight, which is part of Sands China’s multi-tiered entertainment strategy of establishing Macao as Asia’s entertainment hub by bringing in world-class entertainment, sports, art and cultural events. The company’s 15,000-seat Cotai Arena has firmly established itself as the number one entertainment destination in southern China. Besides hosting high-profile awards shows, the Cotai Arena has staged performances by some of the Asia’s and the world’s biggest music superstars, including the Rolling Stones, Rihanna, Eason Chan, Girls’ Generation and the stars of the hit TV reality series “The Voice of China” and “Sing My Song”.
